How to File Complaints Against Fraud Company: Grahak Complaints

Today have many ways to complain about against Fraud Company. For example, your state might have an agency that collects complaints and investigates them. Website

You write your Consumer Complaint Online Resource and Empowerment Centre (grahakcomplaints.in). It is a complaint and Complaint redressed system run by the Consumer Co-ordination Council and supported by the Department of Consumer Affairs, Government of India.

Registration

To register a complaint, the consumer has to first register on the site. The online registration form has to be filled in with the name, email, address, and phone.

Lodging a Consumer Complaint

A complaint can be filed against any registered brand or service provider. The online complaint system has a dropdown menu of sectors, segments, and brands, which includes all brands registered with the Department of Consumer Affairs.

Process

The nature of the complaint, the details of any people involved and supporting documents can be attached to the online complaint. The consequences and relief sought can also be indicated

Status

Once submitted, complaints are assigned an electronically generated number. This can be used to track the status of the complaint until it is resolved.

Post your complaints with www.grahakcomplaints.in if a person, company or online aggregator has cheated with low quality products or services. File consumer complaint with consumer forum if the party has denied paying compensation, rectifying the mistake or considering your complaint.

आर्टिकल 370 जम्मू&कश्मीर के नागरिकों को निम्न अधिकार और सुविधाएँ देता है?

1. जम्मू & कश्मीर; भारतीय संघ का एक संवैधानिक राज्य है किन्तु इसका नाम, क्षेत्रफल और सीमा को केंद्र सरकार तभी बदल सकता है जब जम्मू & कश्मीर की राज्य सरकार इसकी अनुमति दे.

2. इस आर्टिकल के अनुसार रक्षा, विदेशी मामले और संचार को छोड़कर बाकी सभी कानून को लागू करने के लिए केंद्र सरकार को राज्य से मंजूरी लेनी पड़ती है.

3. इसी आर्टिकल के कारण जम्मू & कश्मीर का अपना संविधान है और इसका प्रशासन इसी के अनुसार चलाया जाता है ना कि भारत के संविधान के अनुसार.

4. जम्मू & कश्मीर के पास 2 झन्डे हैं. एक कश्मीर का अपना राष्ट्रीय झंडा है और भारत का तिरंगा झंडा यहाँ का राष्ट्रीय ध्वज है.

5. देश के दूसरे राज्यों के नागरिक इस राज्य में किसी भी तरीके की संपत्ति नहीं खरीद सकते हैं.अर्थात इस राज्य में संपत्ति का मूलभूत अधिकार अभी भी लागू है.

6. कश्मीर के लोगों को 2 प्रकार की नागरिकता मिली हुई है; एक कश्मीर की और दूसरी भारत की.

7. यदि कोई कश्मीरी महिला किसी भारतीय से शादी कर लेती है तो उसकी कश्मीरी नागरिकता ख़त्म हो जाती है लेकिन यदि वह किसी पाकिस्तानी से शादी कर लेती है तो उसकी कश्मीरी नागरिकता पर कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ता है.

8. यदि कोई पाकिस्तानी लड़का किसी कश्मीरी लड़की से शादी कर लेता है तो उसको भारतीय नागरिकता भी मिल जाती है.

9. सामान्यतः ऐसा होता है कि जब कोई भारतीय नागरिक भारत के किसी राज्य को छोड़कर किसी अन्य देश की नागरिकता ले लेता है तो उसकी भारतीय नागरिकता खत्म हो जाती है. लेकिन जब कोई जम्मू & कश्मीर का निवासी पाकिस्तान चला जाता है और जब कभी वापस जम्मू & कश्मीर आ जाता है तो उसको दुबारा भारत का नागरिक मान लिया जाता है.

10. भारतीय संविधान के भाग 4 (राज्य के नीति निर्देशक तत्व) और भाग 4 A (मूल कर्तव्य) इस राज्य पर लागू नहीं होते हैं. अर्थात इस प्रदेश के नागरिकों के लिए महिलाओं की अस्मिता, गायों की रक्षा और देश के झंडे इत्यादि का सम्मान करना जरूरी नहीं है.

11. जम्मू एंड कश्मीर में भारत के राष्ट्रीय प्रतीकों (राष्ट्रगान, राष्ट्रीय ध्वज इत्यादि) का अपमान करना अपराध की श्रेणी में नहीं आता है.

12. आर्टिकल 370 के कारण ही केंद्र; राज्य पर वित्तीय आपातकाल (अनुच्छेद 360) जैसा कोई भी कानून नहीं लगा सकता है. अर्थात यदि भारत में कोई वित्तीय संकट आता है और भारत सरकार वित्तीय आपातकाल की घोषणा करती है तो इसका जम्मू & कश्मीर राज्य पर कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ेगा.

13. भारत के संविधान में किसी प्रकार का संशोधन जम्मू & कश्मीर पर स्वतः लागू नहीं होता है जब तक कि इसे राष्ट्रपति के विशेष आदेश द्वारा लागू करने की अनुमति ना दी जाये.

14. केंद्र; जम्मू & कश्मीर पर केवल दो दशाओं: युद्ध और बाहरी आक्रमण के मामले में ही राष्ट्रीय आपातकाल लगा सकता है.

15. यदि भारत में आंतरिक गड़बड़ी के कारण राष्ट्रीय आपातकाल लगा दिया जाता है तो इसका प्रभाव जम्मू & कश्मीर पर नहीं पड़ता है. हालाँकि जम्मू & कश्मीर की राज्य सरकार की मंजूरी के बाद ही इसे राज्य में लागू किया जा सकता है.

16. केंद्र सरकार; जम्मू & कश्मीर राज्य के अंदर की गड़बड़ियों के कारण वहां राष्ट्रीय आपातकाल नहीं लगा सकता है, उसे ऐसा करने से पहले राज्य सरकार से मंजूरी लेनी होगी.

17. इस राज्य की सरकारी नौकरियों में सिर्फ इस राज्य के परमानेंट नागरिक ही सिलेक्शन ले सकते हैं इसके अलावा यहाँ राज्य की स्कॉलरशिप भी यहाँ के लोकल लोगों को ही मिलती हैं.
